Family and Friends Competition 2010

For family and friends of members only - Not open to club members

Digital Photos - Open Category

3 Entry levels - up to 10 years,  11 - 17 years,   18 years and over

1st and 2nd Prizes for each group.

Entrants may submit up to 3 images in jpeg format on CD or memory stick.  There is an entry fee of £1 per image which must accompany the entry.  Entries should be submitted via a club member to be with the club treasurer by 26th October 2010.  Winners will be announced at a viewing evening on 16th November 2010.  Winning images will be displayed on the club website.

 

SUMMER AND AUTUMN ACTIVITIES. 

 

Tuesday 18th May

Walk around Little Paxton Nature Reserve
www.paxton-pits.org.uk   Meet at the car park at 6 p.m.  What to wear - walking boots and suitable clothing. Bring your camera!

 

Tuesday 6th July

Treasure Hunt & Cheese and Wine Evening

Meet at Brickhill Drive Shops, Brickhill Drive Bedford at 6.45 - 7.15pm

Cost £5.00.  Please let Alan Woodward know you are coming by 27th June

Thursday 29th July

Planned Trip by coach to Kew Gardens

Leaving Bedford around 9am and leaving  from Kew around 4pm

Saturday 30th October

A walk in Woburn Abbey Park

A walk in Woburn Abbey Park amongst the deer during the rutting season.  Meet in the car park opposite St. Marys Church, Park Street, Woburn at 6.00 a.m. Please note the time!  Wear suitable clothing and walking boots.  Bring a head torch if you have one and your camera gear including a tripod. The walk will be led by John Pegram.
